Pick-up/Drop-off Times
Morning Care: 8:30 - 9:00AM
Regular camp drop-off: 9:00AM-9:30AM
Regular camp pick-up: 4:45PM-5:00PM
Evening Care: 5:00 - 5:30PM
• If your camper is not in evening care and is not picked up by 5pm you will be charged $1/minute after 5pm.
You will not be charged the 1st time.
You will be required to sign in and sign out your camper.
PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR CHECK OUT.
Camp Packing List
Lunch (if you did not select a meal)
2 snacks
Sunscreen
Swim suit and/or change of clothes for water games
Water Bottle
Epi-pen/inhaler if needed
*Water coolers will be provided for campers to refill their bottles throughout the day. Our water will be from Quality Water in Aptos.
It is helpful to label your campers items so they do not get mixed up with another camper’s.
Friday Slideshow
A slideshow/movie of pictures from the session along with camper skits is shown at the end of every session, typically on Friday around 4:45 pm.
Camp/Guardian communication
We are currently working on adding a messaging app to our software. This will allow us to easily send messages, photos, and updates. We will send out an email when this feature is ready.
Rules
Keep hands, feet, body and objects to yourself.
Show respect to staff, others and self.
Speak for yourself, not others.
Do not willfully destroy property
Do not go anywhere without a staff person.
Always clean up after activities.
Have fun!
Consequences
Verbal warning.
Re-direction to another activity.
Time away without activities.
Parent notification at pick up time.
Meeting with parent and behavior contract created.
Notice of suspension (1 Day), next day of care/without refund
Notice of suspension (3 Days), next 3 days of care/without refund
Conference with Program Director/Parent/Camper.
Removal from program.
Zero Tolerance
Inflicting physical harm on another individual.
Verbal threats that may cause physical harm to another individual.
Verbal threats that may destroy property.
Possession of a weapon, controlled substance or alcohol.
Inappropriate touching of another individual.
Camper does not stay within the boundaries of the camp (runs out of the program).
