Daily Schedule
This is what a typical day looks like at Four Points Youth Camp:
9:00 - 9:30 am: Check-in
Camper can begin checking in at 9:00am. When you and your camper arrive at the check-in table they will be greeted by our Check-in counselor. Once the camper is checked in they will be escorted to their group, where they will begin decorating their team banner until their whole team arrives.
For parents who have purchased AM Care, check in is available at 8:30 am. ($10/day or $45/week)
9:30 - 10:00 am: Opening Circle
During Opening Circle we will do counselor introductions in each group, go over our camp rules and daily schedule, and play icebreaker games or sing songs.
10:05 - 11:05 am: First Activity
Campers will travel to their first of four program area activities:
Arts & Crafts, Sports, Camp Games or STEM
Throughout the day, the four groups of campers will rotate through each activity.
11:05 - 11:20 am: First Snack
Campers will have their first of 2 snacks. This meal, like all other meals, will be eaten outside.
Snack is a great time to refuel from a busy morning! Make sure your hungry camper has a lunch, 2 snacks, and a water bottle.
11:25 - 12:25 pm: Second Activity
Campers will travel to their second of four program area activities:
Arts & Crafts, Sports, Camp Games or STEM
12:25 - 1:05 pm: Lunch + Free Play
Campers will eat lunch spread out within their group. Once a camper has finished eating they will have some free play time. They are allowed to jump rope, play on the play structure, draw etc
1:10 - 2:10 pm: Third Activity
Campers will travel to their third of four program area activities:
Arts & Crafts, Sports, Camp Games or STEM
2:15 - 3:15 pm: Fourth Activity
Campers will travel to their last of four program area activities:
Arts & Crafts, Sports, Camp Games or STEM
3:20 - 3:35 pm: Second Snack
The second snack is a great time to refuel after a busy afternoon of activities!
3:40 - 4:30 pm: Team Building
Campers will participate in team building activities within their group. During this time they will pick a team name and colors. They will add their team name to their banner and carry it with them to every program area. Throughout the week they will learn what it means to be a team by participating in discussions and various activities!
4:30 - 4:45 pm: Closing Circle
During closing circle we will acknowledge our favorite parts of the day. Once we are done sharing we will sing songs, perform skits, and counselors will acknowledge outstanding campers for the day.
4:45 - 5:00 pm: Check Out
Check-out will begin at 4:45PM and go until 5:00PM. A camper’s pick-up person must be in line to pick up their camper by 5:00PM. Every pick-up person is required to show I.D.
For parents who have purchased PM Care, check out is available till 5:30 pm. ($10/day or $45/week)
